My Work From Home Setup + Work from Home Tips

Working from home is genuinely such a blessing, especially as an introvert! However, I know if is not for everyone and can take some getting used to. Having the right environment can make a world of difference! I’ve always believed that a workspace should not just be functional, it should also inspire and make you feel comfortable! That’s why I like to add a lot of little personal touches to my setup, like my cute floral laptop and phone case. I also love to collect cute coffee mugs and glasses, the one shown here is from Hart & Flora! Anything that brings a pop of color and cheer to my work day is a must!

Work From Home Tips That Keep Me Productive

– Change Up Your Environment: Sometimes I’ll shift from my desk to the kitchen or the living room. A change in scenery can make a huge difference in how productive I feel! Bonus points if you can work from a coffee shop!

– Personalize Your Space: Add little things that make you happy, like a cute mug or a floral phone case (I’m biased, I know). It doesn’t have to be fancy, just something that makes you smile when you look at it.

– Set Boundaries: One of the challenges of working from home is maintaining a balance. Set clear work hours and communicate with the people in your home about when you’re available and when you need focus time.

– Take Breaks: I try to step away from my desk every so often, even if it’s just for a few minutes. Stretch, walk around, or make yourself another cup of coffee, it helps reset your brain and prevent burnout.

– Dress for Success (Kind Of): I’m definitely all fora comfy outfit – especially when you don’t have meetings. However, getting dressed up a little (even if it’s casual) helps me feel more in the work zone. It’s a little ritual that mentally shifts me from “home mode” to “work mode.”

At the end of the day, working from home is all about finding what works for you. Whether it’s incorporating fun accessories like floral laptop cases and cute coffee mugs, or simply adjusting your environment to keep things fresh, it’s those little details that can make a big difference in how you feel while working remotely.
