I love to travel, and with the holidays coming up I know a lot of you will be traveling to see friends or loved ones! Over the years, I have perfected the carry-on travel packing list so you do not have to. There is nothing worse than hopping on a plane and realizing you forgot something!
I am going to break down my list into must-haves for every flight + optional favorites that I like to bring on late flights or longer hauls. Save this blogpost to your notes for later so you can always check off your list!
Must Haves:
Portable Charger
Having charged electronics are a must-have for flights!
Headphones
I love listening to a podcast or watching TV on my iPad!
Electrolyte Mix
Airplanes are so drying and we tend to drink less water on flights, I am a huge fan of Liquid IV for replenishing electrolytes!
Comfortable Airport Shoes
Walking through the airport sometimes feels like a marathon, I love to wear comfortable shoes (like adidas women’s athletic shoes) while traveling!
Medicine
I always have Tums & Advil on hand on flights!
Chapstick
Again, airplanes are so dry! Having a lip moisturizer is a must!
Hand Sanitizer & Wipes
With flu season upon us, I am constantly disinfecting when I travel!
Snack
I hate over-spending at the airport shops, so I always bring some kind of snack with me!
Passport or Wallet with ID
Enough said!

Extra Headphones
You never know when you will need them, especially if you lose an AirPod!
Book & Book Light
I like to read on flights, and when it is dark a book light is a must!
Magnesium “Calm” Powder
This is especially great for long flights so you can nap!
Extra Pair of Socks
After walking through security without shoes, sometimes it’s nice to change out your socks. These adidas socks come in a pack of six!
Eye Drops
My eyes tend to get really dry on long-hauls, so I always bring some eye drops to moisturize!
A Cute Travel Bag
I love having a bag that is cute, but also functional (and most importantly, does not hurt my back when hauling it through the airport). My new backpack that I was gifted from adidas is my absolute favorite!
