For a holiday paring with La Crema Pinot Noir, I went with a fun twist on Pizza Mushrooms! Pinot Noir really compliments the smoked pepperoni and the earth from the mushrooms, making it a match made in Sonoma Heaven!

Ingredients
1 lb of Baby Bella Mushrooms
2 Tbsp of Minced Garlic
2 Tbsp of Olive Oil
2 Tbsp of Melted Butter
2 Tbsp of Lemon Juice
8 Slices of Pepperoni or Salami
3 Tbsp of Parmesan
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Dash of Parsley
Directions
- Preheat Oven to 450º
- Clean and remove stems of mushrooms
- Combine garlic, olive oil, butter, lemon juice, and seasoning into a bowl
- Add mushrooms and meat to an oven safe dish
- Pour sauce over the mushroom and meat
- Bake for 15-20 minutes
- Add grated Parmesan cheese and broil until golden brown then top with parsley
- Pair with La Crema Pinot Noir & Enjoy!
