Friday started out as such a fun day! My bridesmaids, mom, mother-in-law, and I had a spa morning which was a relaxing start to the weekend. Our guests enjoyed the Cabanas at the Four Seasons pool and a group of Cam and I’s friends went with us to Frank Family winery! It was a fun, intimate hangout in the midst of all the wedding craziness! Before I knew it we had to head back to the hotel. Cameron and I exchanged our gifts to each other and mingled at the pool before I had to head to hair and makeup! Then the fun really began!
Our Welcome Dinner…
When Cameron and I first visited The Four Seasons Napa last year, we fell in love with this beautiful barn on property that was surrounded by vineyards. It ended up making the perfect welcome dinner spot! Our guests were invited to meet at the barn for food & drinks the evening of the 7th. This was the first moment all our friends and family were together in the same place! Nothing will make you feel more blessed than looking into a room of 100+ people you love, who flew across the country to celebrate you. We truly have the greatest people around us!
The Decor
Cameron and I wanted to make this night really special for our guests, we had so much fun planning all the details! Our florist, Jennifer Cole, came up with the idea to do sprawling florals and greenery with a rustic feel. I love that the florals at each of our events were so unique, every event had a whole different vibe!
I really wanted a large floral arch facing the vineyard so our guests could take photos. Jennifer made it the most beautiful focal point and truly made our vision come to life! The furniture gave the event a cozy “backyard” feel, with light wood, white, and wicker detailing. The rattan chandeliers in the barn were definitely one of my favorite details! As the sun set, we had Italian string lights floating above that lit up the space!
The Food
If you know Cam, you know he’s talented in the kitchen. So food was very important to us for each event! We had an EPIC grazing board at the back of the barn, passed bites, plus we also had our 6 favorite wineries come to our welcome dinner so all of our guests could enjoy some Napa wines paired with the food!
Passed Bites:
-Thai Summer Roll (GF), Cucumber, Carrot, Pea Shoots, peppers, Mint, Cilantro-lime Sauce
-California Caviar, Potato Crisp, Crème Fraiche, Chives
-Passion Fruit Raspados
Wines Stations:
-Schramsberg Sparkling Wine Paired with Fried Chicken Sliders & French Fries

Our welcome dinner was an evening I will never forget! I will forever cherish the memory of seeing all our friends and family in one place. We all enjoyed the food and wine and took in the beautiful surroundings! It was only the beginning though…
