THE NORDSTROM ANNIVERSARY SALE 2017

Wow I am amazing at mirror selfies aren’t I?! Just scroll down to see these beautiful shots!!!!! Okay…TOTALLY kidding. There is a reason I never post these on Instagram. I am so bad at them! And how do bloggers make them look such high quality? I just don’t understand. So yeah, I’m sorry that for the second post in a row my photos look totally amateur (Tuesday’s post was a throw-back post of some old photos if you didn’t catch that one). I didn’t have anyone to help me take these and I wanted to get this post up ASAP since I bought all of this stuff last night and the pre-sale was open to everyone else today.

So I know you may be annoyed with Nordstrom Anniversary talk, and that’s okay! That just means this post may not be for you. I wanted to post this because this is always such an exciting sale for myself and I wanted to share my personal picks! I made it fun with a little “shop with me” video that you can watch below if you want. I try on all the clothing and shop all the departments!

This may be my favorite sweater I purchased. I love the color and the sleeve are super cute! They can bee worn rolled up or straight down. I also liked the v-neck look.

You know when you try on a pair of jeans and instantly fall in love and never want to wear any other pair? That was these for me!  I loved them so much that I didn’t even buy any other pair! They are so comfy.

Sole Society Bag $52.09 and $79.95 after the sale

I grabbed this bag sooo fast when I saw it. I love light colored bags like this and I thought it was such a cute size! To be honest, I am not a person that carries a bag around on the daily. Since I’ve been in college the last two years and high school before that I always just had my keys and wallet attached and threw them in my backpack. On the weekends I’ll use a cross-body, but that was about it. However, I decided to make it a goal to actually be an adult and use a purse (lol). I have quite a few so I am determined to use them!

I am a firm believer you can never have too many scarves! I got this in honor of the college I went to the last two years (KU) because these were my school colors. I figured I can still wear it when I visit, plus it’s just cute!

So I actually picked this out for my mom because she loves Vince and I have a sweater just like it in peach, but I still wanted to include it for you guys who are looking to splurge a little on an amazing sweater! This sweater is so soft and I am in love.

My sister and I fell head-over-heels in love with this clutch and the olive one that I have pictures a few looks below! We decided to each get one and share because they were so cute! These are going to go SO fast!

This sweater is going to be one of those things that I wear over and over again and I’m not ever sorry. It’s SO cute and comfy! I love the cold shoulders too!

This one comes in three colors and I am not embarrassed to say I bought two (the other is the grey pictured below). I thought the sleeves were so cute and I loved how cute and versatile it is.

Laura Geller It’s Glow Time Highlighter Set $32 $84 value

My older sister and I bought this for my little sister, but I wanted to include it in the post because it’s so cute and such a good price! I am so into highlighters right now and I will definitely be borrowing this from her!

Winky Lux Flower Balm Trio $22 $50 value

A gal at Nordstrom showed us these and they are SO COOL! They are clear lipsticks that turn color when applied. Check them out in my vlog to see!

Beauty Blender Set $35 $66 value

I was in desperate need of new Beauty Blenders (I’ve had mine for 6 months and they are only supposed to last 3…so…). I saw this set and figured it was a good time to buy it! If you have been wanting to try an actual Beauty Blender you should buy this set! They are ahhh-mazing!
