Hey friends! Awhile ago I made this cute little weekly goals and tasks “whiteboard” and briefly shared it on my story. Since then I have received a few questions about how I made and what I put as my daily tasks! Sometimes life gets so busy, I forget to take care of myself or do those quick little “five minute tasks” that I need to. So – I made this print out and stuck it in a frame so I could check things off daily!
Every week day I have:
– Drink 100 ounces of water
– Walk (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
– Workout (Tuesday, Thursday)
– Take vitamins
– Calorie deficit
– Make bed
– Tidy room
Weekend:
– Drink 100 ounces of water
– Rest
– Take vitamins
– Cheat meal
– Deep clean
– Take it easy
I thought as a part of this post I would share 10 healthy habits that I have added to my life that you could put on your white board! At the end of this post I share my template and how to make one of these yourself! Comment below what one of your daily tasks are!
ten Healthy Habits
1. Spend 15 Minutes Tidying Every Morning
Do things like make your bed, put away laundry, take care of dishes! This will help you feel ready and accomplished!
2. Meditation and Affirmations
I do this right before bed. I will listen to guided sleep meditation or affirmations that I find on YouTube. I really think it helps my mindset and helps me relax!
3. Journaling
For me my blog is my journal, but I love having something to look back on that documents my life. It’s therapeutic and gets your through the good times and bad times.
4. Walks
Listen, I hate working out. There. I said it! Going on walks every day has really helped me stay healthy and also keep from sitting all day!
5. Moisturize
Everywhere, everyday! I don’t know why, but I always forget to do this. Your skin and your future self will thank you!
6. Don’t Hit Snooze
This is something I am still struggling with, but I really want to succeed at!
7. End the Day with a Book
I am so stuck in my ways. I like ending my days with Netflix or YouTube, but lately I have been reading and I have missed it so much! So relaxing!
8. Face masks
Just the mentality of doing something for yourself is good for you!
9. The under 5 minute rule
This sort of goes along with # 1, but if it takes less than 5 minutes than DO IT! Pick up your room, start laundry, etc!
10. Cook your own meals
If you don’t already do this, you need to. You know what you’re putting in your body, it’s a good skill to have, and it’s relaxing!
1. Save image
2. Open into a Word Document
3. Create text boxes to fill in the blanks with your own tasks!
4. Print and put in a frame!
